It is my great pleasure to welcome you to this important event. This hybrid InSEA Asia Regional Congress is a very important event for our international society and I look forward to the many thought-provoking and interesting discussions it will contain. In addition, I hope that this will be the start of many conversations, collaborations and partnerships. In these turbulent times, innovative research and teaching in art education has never been more important.
